Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager for Quaker Community Pharmacy in Easton, PA. This role leads daily pharmacy operations on-site, focuses on accuracy and patient safety, and supports a dedicated team on the floor.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of management experience in retail/hospital pharmacy, strong prescription processing knowledge, and hands-on leadership to coach pharmacists and technicians while maintaining high service standards.

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager for our client, Quaker Community Pharmacy. We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows pharmacy operations, supports their team on the floor, and keeps prescription accuracy, medication safety, and patient service at the center of the work.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and prescription fulfillment, including dispensing, labeling, verification, and inventory workflows.

• Supervise, train, and coach pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and fulfillment staff.

• Monitor quality assurance, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and patient service.

• Resolve workflow challenges and address staff or patient concerns with sound judgment.

• Coordinate staffing schedules and provide clear performance feedback.

• Track fill rates, error rates, turnaround times, and inventory accuracy to improve results.

What We're Looking For

• At least three years of management experience.

• Leadership experience in a retail, hospital, or fulfillment pharmacy setting.

• Strong knowledge of prescription processing, pharmacy workflows, and inventory management.

• A leader who can coach employees, address performance concerns, and maintain safety standards.

• Strong communication and organizational skills and a willingness to stay actively involved on the pharmacy floor.

Experience in a mail-order, central-fill, specialty, high-volume retail, hospital outpatient, or long-term care pharmacy is a plus. Experience with injectable therapies or temperature-sensitive medication shipping is also valuable.
