Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager for Quaker Community Pharmacy in Easton, PA. This role leads daily pharmacy operations on-site, focuses on accuracy and patient safety, and supports a dedicated team on the floor.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of management experience in retail/hospital pharmacy, strong prescription processing knowledge, and hands-on leadership to coach pharmacists and technicians while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years' management experience in pharmacy operations.
Experience leading pharmacists, technicians, and fulfillment staff.
Strong knowledge of prescription processing, workflows, and inventory management.
Ability to coach staff and maintain safety standards.
Willingness to stay actively involved on the pharmacy floor.

Responsabilités

Lead daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, labeling, verification, and inventory workflows.
Supervise, train, and coach staff.
Monitor quality assurance, safety, compliance, and patient service.
Resolve workflow challenges and address concerns with sound judgment.
Coordinate staffing schedules and provide performance feedback.
Track fill rates, errors, turnaround times, and inventory accuracy to improve results.
