Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician - New York State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Understand prescription workflows and insurance processes to resolve barriers.
• Assist patient assistance programs and copay cards ensuring access while complying with 340B.
• Verify insurance and complete prior authorizations; explore grants for coverage.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, case managers, and contract pharmacy partners to prevent delays.
