Fairview Health Services in Minnesota seeks a pharmacy advocate to coordinate access to take-home medications and support patients through the prescription fill process.
The role involves working with pharmacists and care teams to resolve insurance barriers, expedite fills, and manage REMS and manufacturer reporting requirements. Prior Authorizations and appeals may be required.
In this role, you will serve as a pharmacy advocate for patients. Your primary focus will be coordinating access to take home medications.
