Avenues Recovery Center Fort Wayne is seeking staff to provide administrative and clinical support at our Fort Wayne facility. You will coordinate medical appointments, transportation, labs, and MAT injections, while overseeing medications and farmacare orders.

Accurate documentation in EMR is essential, with collaboration across the treatment team to ensure timely services. The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills, and a solid understanding of substance

• High School diploma/ GED or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections.
• Oversee medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations.
• Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMR.
• Collaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating concerns.
• Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.

What You’ll Do
