Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. With its unparalleled clinical program and dedicated staff, it provides a warm, accepting atmosphere for clients beginning their recovery journey.

Join our growing team to support admissions, transportation, meals, and administrative tasks while upholding recovery principles and safety for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and escape any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
