Job summary

Medica seeks a Pharmacy Manager, Medical Pharmacy to lead clinical, financial, and operational strategy for Medical Pharmacy across IFB, Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare segments. The role oversees policy development, utilization management, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and 5+ years of leadership experience in health plan pharmacy settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• 5+ years of related work experience in health plan pharmacy, PBM clinical management, or related clinical leadership beyond degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical pharmacy policy development and utilization management for all segments.
• Lead medical pharmacy cost management and outcome improvement strategies across markets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governance across segments and vendors.
• Coordinate with regulatory, compliance, legal and quality teams to ensure oversight.
