Medical Mutual in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a senior pharmacy leader to shape our pharmacy benefit strategy and drive performance across our health plan operations.

You will partner with PBM vendors, manage contracts, oversee budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and improved member care. Doctor of Pharmacy required with 10 years leadership in health plans or PBMs.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
• 10 years progressive pharmacy leadership experience at a health plan or PBM.
• Experience with Medicare/Commercial/ACA.

• Defines principal market requirements and informs annual business plans for new/improved products, services and programs.
• Drives pharmacy benefit strategy and oversees PBM performance.
• Assesses cost-reducing and service-enhancing strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Uses innovative thinking to identify market trends and opportunities for product/service innovation.
• Collaborates with internal departments to develop new programs and promote growth.
• Represents the Company to key customers and external contacts; stays current on industry changes.
• Negotiates and monitors contracts with outside vendors including PBM; oversees budgets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
