Job summary

Medica seeks a Pharmacy Manager, Medical Pharmacy to lead clinical, financial, and operational strategy for all business segments including IFB, Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare. You will direct medical drug policy development, utilization management, and cross-functional collaborations with regulatory, compliance, and quality teams.

The position requires a PharmD or bachelor’s in Pharmacy, at least 5 years of health plan pharmacy leadership, and an MN license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Minimum 5 years of health plan pharmacy or clinical leadership experience.
• Active Minnesota pharmacist license or eligible for MN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical pharmacy policy development and utilization management for all segments.
• Lead and develop the medical pharmacy leadership team and staff.
• Coordinate with regulatory, compliance, and quality teams to meet governance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across markets and segments.
• Represent medical pharmacy in internal and external cross-functional meetings.
