Qualifications

PharmD or Bachelor in Pharmacy degree.
Experience in pharmacy leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations including drug distribution and education.
Coordinate patient care services with nurses and physicians to resolve clinical or distribution issues.
Develop and enforce department policies; participate in performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
Supervise staff, scheduling, and performance feedback to ensure quality services.
Monitor controlled substances and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; assist in budgeting and cost control.
