Qualifications

• PharmD and active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Eligibility to practice as an immunizing pharmacist.

• Experience with MTM, immunizations, or other clinical services.
• Interest in leadership development and team mentorship.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a technology-supported pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care and build lasting patient relationships.
• Deliver and promote clinical services, including MTM and immunizations.
• Support pharmacy leadership in driving team engagement, performance, and workflow efficiency.
• Practice in a technology-enhanced environment that prioritizes safety and patient interaction.
• Coach and develop staff to support high standards of care and service.
• Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to support operations, quality, and growth initiatives.
