Qualifications

• PharmD with active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Eligibility to practice as an immunizing pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care and build lasting patient relationships.
• Deliver and promote clinical services, including MTM and immunizations.
• Support pharmacy leadership in driving team engagement, performance, and workflow efficiency.
• Practice in a technology-enhanced environment prioritizing safety and patient interaction.
• Coach and develop staff to uphold high standards of care and service.
• Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to support operations, quality, and growth initiatives.
