Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and a graduate of a school of pharmacy with an unrestricted state license.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in private, federal, or state health insurance programs upon hire and thereafter.
• Must not have an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.
• Be an immunizing pharmacist or scheduled to become one in upcoming training classes.
• Ability to understand profit and loss statements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• As Pharmacy Manager, you will be dedicated to the overall pharmacy department success, executing strategy, motivating staff as the pharmacist-on-duty, and setting priorities.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service through counseling, building relationships, and promoting customer loyalty.
• Mentor, train, and develop a high-functioning pharmacy team with developmental opportunities.
• Inspire the team to achieve goals and drive accountability for department performance.
• Champion programs and processes, fostering innovation at your location.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and complex operational activities.
• Ensure inventory expertise and pharmacist-in-charge responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Advance MTM and immunization initiatives and participate in local health events.
