Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions or restrictions related to participation in health programs.
• Must not have had an unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the pharmacist-on-duty and drive pharmacy success.
• Set priorities, execute daily tasks, and support the team.
• Provide best-in-class service with counseling and personalized care.
• Promote immunizations and MTM to improve health outcomes.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices and sales.
• Ensure timely processing and operational efficiency in absence of PIC.
• Utilize the pharmacy system for routine and complex prescriptions.
