• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, software and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Internal candidates: average leadership rating criteria in performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic pharmacy consulting to patients and offer immunizations and clinical services.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, interactions, and OTC products; refer to medical providers as needed.
• Oversee compounding, verification, and medication management; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, and staff performance; drive training and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop strategic opportunities and maintain quality customer experience.
