Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Provide patient-focused counseling and ensure accurate labeling
• Maintain safety and quality in dispensing and workflow
• Coach and lead pharmacy team during bench shifts
• Maintain compliance with state and CVS policies
