Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks, and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people and respond to patient needs.
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days supply, exact dispensing quantities.
• Problem Resolution: address challenging patient or colleague interactions.
• Team Management and Leadership: lead by example and coach team members.
