Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate patient care through counseling and immunizations where permissible.
• Lead and coach pharmacy team to improve performance and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
