• Ensure accurate prescription dispensing and counseling per regulations.
• Manage pharmacy operations and staffing to maintain workflow.
• Support immunization services and clinical care where permissible.
• Oversee inventory, including cold chain products, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Onboard new staff and mentor team members for licensure and growth.
