Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and work with the team to assist patients.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Use math to determine quantities, days’ supply, and bottle counts.
• Identify and resolve patient or colleague issues with sound judgment.
• Move and lift items as required by the role.
• Lead by example, delegate tasks, and foster teamwork.
