Job summary

CVS Health in Findlay, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team, ensure high patient care, and uphold safety and compliance. You will coach staff, manage operations, and deliver immunizations and clinical services where permissible, while aligning with CVS policies.

You’ll oversee workflow, inventory, and performance, partner with store leadership, and maintain regulatory standards to provide consistent, compassionate service to the community.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state is required.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus to concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly between tasks.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation to help people in a friendly manner.
• Communication Skills for verbal and written interactions.
• Mathematical Reasoning to manage prescriptions and dosing.
• Problem Resolution to address patient or colleague interactions.

• Team Management and Leadership to lead and develop pharmacy staff.
• Additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
