Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values and leading the pharmacy team to deliver safe, high quality patient care
• Overseeing pharmacy operations during shifts when on duty as the primary pharmacist
• Ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and compliance with federal/state regulations
• Providing immunizations and clinical care where permissible and mentoring staff on best practices
• Collaborating with the patient’s healthcare team to optimize outcomes and resolve insurance issues
