Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations in our Cincinnati, Ohio store. You will model compassionate care, supervise the team, and ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling and immunization services.

You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee daily duties, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy team and ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and act as proxy during shifts when needed, guiding staff and maintaining compliant operations.
