Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment; counsel patients and immunize when appropriate.
• Be the proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts and coach the pharmacy team.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Maintain patient safety, preserve privacy, and support a safe, inclusive workplace.
