Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for the Allwell Behavioral Health site in Zanesville, Ohio. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, dispense medications, coach staff, and partner with clinical teams to support patient care.

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Ohio pharmacist license, and certification as an immunizer, with LAI training. Hours are Monday to Friday with no weekends; compensation reflects experience and full-time

Qualifications

• Requires PharmD or PharmD degree and Ohio license.
• Immunizer certification required.
• Willingness to complete LAI training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and dispensing.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff to meet KPIs.
• Advise clinical teams on pharmacotherapy and outcomes.
• Ensure policy compliance with state and federal laws.
• Drive growth and profitability of the pharmacy.
