Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist's license in Ohio is required.
• Certified immunizer status is required.
• Willing to complete LAI training and administer LAI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage and safety.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff and manage talent.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Partner with clinic staff to meet clinical outcomes and drive profitability.
• Lead workforce and business planning to achieve operational excellence.
