Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within Kroger.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent communication with leaders and peers.
• Completion of state registration, certification or license where required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain current national/state registration or license as required.
• Assist pharmacists with responsibilities excluding professional judgment.
• Provide stellar customer experience during reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing.
• Train and mentor new technician hires.
• Lead by example and support scheduling and station rotation.
• Represent the store in meetings/huddles.
• Prepare for offsite clinics to support pharmacists.
• Oversee inventory management and reconciliations.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed.
• Administer immunizations where allowed by state law.
