Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those needing pharmacist judgment.
• Maintain state registration/certification as required.
• Provide stellar customer experience with reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing steps.
• Train and mentor new technician hires.
• Oversee inventory management and reconciliation.
• Lead department standards and store-wide meetings/huddles.
• Assist with scheduling and station rotation for hourly staff.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance according to regulations.
