Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Certified Technician to support pharmacists, dispense medications, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train new technicians, help manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership. Must hold required state registrations and be at least 18 years old, with experience in a Kroger pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within Kroger is required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Professional, dependable with positive attitude and good judgment to lead a pharmacy team.
Strong attention to detail and stellar customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding professional judgement.
Provide stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
Train and mentor new hire technician day-to-day training and support for pharmacy associates.
Lead store-wide meetings/huddles and manage scheduling for hourly staff.
Oversee inventory management including ordering, returns, and physical inventory prep.
