Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Engage customers and patients, greet them and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Operations: Assist in pharmacy practice under pharmacist supervision, review policies, and follow dispensing protocols.
Opening/Closing: Hold keys to open/close store when management absent, manage cash and start‑ups; ensure floor and stock room are ready for the day.
Inventory & Pricing: Maintain accurate counts, revise pricing and signage, support local regulatory tasks.
Cash & Clerical: Handle cash reporting, ledgers, and bill payments; support pickup program and general store upkeep.
