The candidate will guide testing, deployments, and day-to-day operations while collaborating with clinical and IT stakeholders to improve service delivery across OhioHealth’s networks.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of pharmacy and medication use applications.
• Experience in systems analysis within healthcare.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for enhancements and upgrades.
• Experience testing pharmacy software with various testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for pharmacy systems and their usability and performance.
• Oversee design and deployment of new application features and upgrades.
• Coordinate testing: script creation, automated testing, unit/integration testing, and defect resolution.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and incident management for pharmacy applications.
