Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Clinical Applications Pharmacist to support Epic Compass Rose modules, designing and maintaining medication management content and workflows across inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations.

You will collaborate with specialty pharmacy, medication access, and IT teams to train users, resolve issues, and optimize clinical systems; a PharmD and active Ohio pharmacist license are required with at least four years in IT/healthcare.

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum of four years of professional experience in information technology and/or healthcare.
B.Sc. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required; post-graduate residency preferred.
Scholarship and teaching experience will be regarded favorably.
Successful completion of a background check; drug screen/physical may be required.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Compass Rose Epic content including enrollments and care plans.
Partner with specialty pharmacy, medication access, and operations to support workflows and training.
Configure complex order transmittal workflows and support system enhancements.
Provide medication and system expertise for enterprise-wide clinical projects and initiatives.
