Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four years related experience in lieu of degree
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in Florida required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Oversees mapping of medicines into the CPOE and other pharmacy technologies (e.g., 340B Split Billing, Prepacking)
• Optimizes inventories within ADCs and assists with annual physical inventory
• Develops data reports for senior leadership and staff
• Oversees weekly vaccine usage reporting to the State
• Maps CDMs/NDCS in split billing software and supports buyers
• Manages and maintains pharmacy automation system across the network
• Develops and maintains software for clinical, regulatory, and auditing purposes
• Creates service requests for staff and leads recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Manages department budget and ensures fiscal discipline
• Ensures operational excellence and effective communication within the department
