Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL seeks a Manager - Inpatient Pharmacy Operations to oversee pharmacy services across inpatient facilities, align with policies, and supervise staff for safe, efficient distributive services.

The role collaborates with administration, develops procedures, manages budgets, and ensures regulatory readiness while mentoring pharmacists and students as applicable. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in Florida upon hire.
• 2 years pharmacy experience required.
• 1 year management/leadership experience required.

Responsabilités

• Leads staff training, competency validation and development programs.
• Oversees pharmacy technology, equipment and workflow efficiency.
• Assists leadership with projects, policy development, quality, safety and compliance initiatives.
• Supports controlled substance management and diversion prevention per regulatory standards.
• Ensures departmental compliance, staffing effectiveness and regulatory readiness.
• Maintains responsibility for department’s operational excellence and quality of service.
• Manages team orientation, development, evaluation, and recruitment per policy.
• Oversees department fiscal management and resource utilization.
