The position may lead small projects, adhere to change management practices, and participate in on-call rotations to support incidents and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Pharmacy Sciences required.
• Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
• 3 years healthcare, consulting, or IT experience with application software deployment/workflow understanding required.
• 5 years healthcare, consulting, or IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user issues and workflow problems for departmental users and stakeholders.
• Consult healthcare professionals on pharmaceutical therapies and participate in quality initiatives.
• Educate and support project implementations and pharmacy initiatives.
• Lead low to moderate complexity projects and follow IT project management practices.
