Job summary

SelectRx, a SelectQuote subsidiary, is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Technician in Olathe, KS to join our on-site team for the 6:00am - 2:30pm CST shift. You will manage drug inventory, enter receipts, and support daily warehouse operations.

This role requires a Kansas Pharmacy Technician License and prior inventory control experience; strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office are valued. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits as part of SelectRx.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control or as a pharmacy tech.
• 3 years of experience in inventory control preferred.
• Direct experience in retail mail order or specialty pharmacy as a pharmacy technician is a plus.
• Knowledge of standard medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and check against purchasing records; enter receipts into the inventory system.
• Maintain invoicing for all drug and supply accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to meet business needs and provide support as needed.
• Sort and stock inventory daily; review inventory for expired/damaged items.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate variances; report findings to management.
• Prepare for physical inventory by updating locations and lot numbers; log counts.
