Qualifications

Responsibilities

Leads enterprise-level inventory operations and formulary alignment.
Oversees controlled substance programs and compliance with DEA policies.
Conducts audits and reviews to optimize inventory integrity and supply chain resilience.
Leads system-wide medication safety initiatives and staff education.
Serves as a safety champion and advisor to leadership on pharmacy practices.
