Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and strong math skills.
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy and national certification (PTCB/exCPT).
• 3–4 years of related experience in shipping, inventory, or pharmacy operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains purchasing invoice records and Track & Trace compliance.
• Manages medication inventories; ensure items are in-date and rotated.
• Stocking of daily wholesaler deliveries and shelf maintenance.
• Process drug returns and reconcile credits; adjust inventory.
• Run and review pharmacy system reports to optimize orders based on par levels.
• Handle SFTP transmissions and EDI files for inventory data.
• Identify EDI issues and communicate corrective plans.
• Investigate delivery issues with wholesalers and track discrepancies.
