Job summary

Cencora in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Buyer II to oversee pharmaceutical purchasing and inventory across retail, specialty, and mail-order operations. This on-site, full-time role collaborates with pharmacy leaders, staff, and suppliers to ensure stock availability and cost-control.

You will manage purchase orders, evaluate demand trends, automate workflows, and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician Trainee license is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmaceutical and supply inventory across retail, specialty, and mail-order pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy managers, other buyers, and staff to assess location-specific needs and adjust PAR levels and inventory allocations.
• Manage submission and receipt of inventory purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
