Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in inventory control or warehouse.
• Texas Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee, or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Proficient with inventory software and handheld scanners; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Reliability, teamwork, and effective communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inventory Operations: restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies across facilities.
• Auditing & cycle counts: regular counts and stock reconciliations for accuracy.
• Discrepancy reporting: identify and report discrepancies with corrective actions.
• SOPs: maintain compliance with internal policies and quality control standards.
• Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: assist pharmacists, leadership, and ops with inventory requests.
• Facility Maintenance: keep environments clean, organized, and compliant.
