Responsibilities include daily inventory operations, cycle counts, discrepancy reporting, and collaboration with pharmacists and leadership to ensure timely, accurate inventory processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in inventory control, warehouse ops, or stockroom management.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee Certification (or ability to obtain in 3 months).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.
• Proficiency in inventory software, handheld scanners, and basic tools (MS Office/Excel, Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Proven reliability, teamwork, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventory operations: restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing supplies across facilities.
• Auditing & cycle counts: perform cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliations.
• Discrepancy reporting: identify/report discrepancies and follow corrective actions.
• SOPs: maintain compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: assist pharmacists and teams with inventory requests.
• Facility maintenance: keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant.
