Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree prior to the start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire per district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides pharmacy consulting on effective medication usage and drug interactions.
• Performs compounding, dispensing, verification and reviews under regulatory guidelines.
• Ensures accurate processing of insurance claims and maintains customer privacy.
• Counsels patients, answers questions on medications, side effects, interactions and alternatives.
• Delivers immunizations and preventive health services, including wellness programs and vaccinations.
• Supports workflow, inventory management, and enhances customer experience.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and proposes productivity enhancements.
• Manages opening/closing duties and assists with staff training and performance.
• Develops relationships with local healthcare providers and participates in community outreach.
