Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursue Pharm D degree and licensure within required timeframe.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• Pharmacist with ability to dispense, counsel and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and privacy.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and Good Faith dispensing standards.
• Analyze pharmacy performance data and support inventory management and KPI reviews.
• Conduct immunizations and preventive healthcare services as part of patient care.
