Walgreens is seeking a pharmacist to provide pharmacy consulting services, ensure accurate dispensing, and support immunizations and preventive care. The role emphasizes patient safety, medication management and adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Responsibilities include counseling customers, performing drug reviews, managing inventory, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented pharmacy experience for the community.

Formación

• Willingness to obtain a PharmD before start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and privacy.
• Performs dispensing, verification and medication management tasks.
• Immunizations, clinical wellness services and patient education.
• Maintains pharmacy systems knowledge and supports workflow efficiency.
• Engages with local healthcare providers and community outreach.
