Formación

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited educational institution prior to the start date in position.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district within 90 days of hire per district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and generics to ensure correct medication use.
• Performs dispensing, verification, and medication management according to regulations and policies.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and develops efficient workflow with the pharmacy team.
• Manages insurance claims processing and follows up with payers to reduce rejections.
• Supports KPI review and asset protection and inventory management with leadership.
