Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support patient care, pricing inquiries, and prescription processing. You will collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accurate data entry, proper labeling, and timely Will Call pickup, while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program, hold a state-specific intern license, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy Intern License (state-specific).
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in person and by phone with product selection and price requests.
• Process and fill prescriptions, enter data in pharmacy system, and assist at Will Call.
• Handle third-party functions and inventory management.
• Support clinical services and MTM-related activities as trained.
