Advocate Health's Burlington retail pharmacy store is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists by filling orders, delivering meds, compounding, and interviewing patients for histories. You will help with inventory and clerical tasks to ensure efficient operations within the pharmacy.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a College of Pharmacy year 1, with strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work with hospital staff across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy in 1st year
• Intern registration in NC/SC/GA as applicable
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication
• Works well with management and pharmacy staff

Responsabilités

• Fill medication orders and deliver medications
• Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy computer system
• Assist with inventory control and ordering
• Interview patients to obtain medication histories
• Support pharmacy services in patient care areas
