Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree prior to the start date.

• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and safety.
• Performs pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and supports efficient pharmacy operations.
