Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the states within the district within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and safety.
• Performs pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies; supports efficient workflow and inventory management.
• Immunizations, flu shots, diabetes awareness and other preventive care services.
