Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on medicine use, side effects, interactions, privacy and generics.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and med management.
• Ensures pharmacy operates per regulations and policies; assists with opening/closing and shift changes.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and suggests system improvements.
• Processes insurance claims and follows up with payers and providers.
• Provides immunizations and wellness services as part of patient care.
